Reporting bots in Grothmar Valley

I have no idea where to report this (didn't find an in-game option under support to report bots), so here it is...if this gets deleted, I don't care any further with reporting bots. This takes me a couple of minutes of my own time. So here it is:

  • 4 identical engineers (looks, names only slightly altered) run the same trajectory and collect chests
  • for meta events they just stand in the action at the exact same location and get out their turrets to auto hit enemies
  • here a screenshot - happened on EU server

Help the Pact reach the graveyard outside Zaishen Antheneum

The dynamic escort event 'Help the Pact reach the graveyard outside Zaishen Antheneum' seems to be heavily bugged.
The event is active, all 4 Pact members have the Escort-Shield over their heads, but they won't move from the starting point at the Elysium Beach. I tried luring enough enemies to kill them but when they get the lethal blow, they get healed to 100% health.
I need this mission for completing the Bolt I colletion.

Could you please fix this?

When you leave Photon Forge by activating an "Engineering Kit" or "Elixir X" you wont get the burning (afterburner stacks) on your first 2 attacks.

Map Instance

Was doing meta in new map last night in the middle of fighting the change map instance pops up by mistake I click on it ,I get moved to map where meta has failed could not get back has this happened to anyone when map has lots of people ? Or is it a bug?

"Held for:" timer in WvW starting with 27s

The "Held for:" timer for WvW objectives starts with 27s on the clock, also affecting the "Protected from capture-x:xx" message displayed on the map. This is making objectives appear unprotected, while the Lord actually still has the Righteous Indignation Buff. Tested for Camps and Towers, on all Borderlands and EBG.

-First encountered on 4th January 2020, around 13:00 UTC+1
-Appearing on all WvW maps for Camps, Towers, Keeps and Stonemist Castle (haven't tested Keeps and SM, will update post when I've done so)
-Sofia Mylinn, Level 80, Human, Warrior
-Not in a group

Missing rewards from Automated Tournament

Participated in Balthazar's Brawl on 1/4/2020 on Tyrian Swarm (ckod) team. Team reached semifinals. Did not receive gold, mystic coins, dyes, or qualifying points.

[Domain of Kourna] Caravan Event bug

When attempting to talk to the Caravan Leader to initiate the event, the dialogue box merely blinks and never else happens. Please fix as this is needed for several achievements.

Not getting Map Completion for Fields of Ruin

So I have completed the map fully, but the last Hero point is not registering. i even went back to do all the challenges I could for the map as well to be sure I just didn't miss anything, still 4/5 done for Hero points. Thank you for any help you can give.

Me and a friend waited at the bounty board for more than an hour for this bounty's contract to spawn, but it just wouldn't. I'm not sure if the bounty itself is bugged because i've read a post regarding this bounty, that said everything was fixed (pretty recently too). Is it bugged again or should i keep waiting?

The revenant skill Ancient Echo which was added April 2019 for core revenant is not available if underwater.
Even though it seem underwater content is dead/abandoned I thought that might be worth mentioning.

Alt loot to Main

So lately I've been trying to send my alt accounts dailies to my main and I keep getting the excessive messages have been sent message popping up when I've not send mail to my main in a while... anybody else that's doing this had this problem?

Getting severe packet loss when routing to EU login servers.

So when running PingPlotter on the IP 35.158.175.20, it comes up stating that ae-2-3202.ear2.Paris1.Level3.net ( 4.69.140.34 ) is coming up with an 86% packet loss.

It's been like this for almost a week now.

Constantly seeing these messages. The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network. For additional support, please visit http://support.guildwars2.com. (Code=42:0:9001:4467:101)

Even gets to the point where I see Network Error when trying to login to a character.

Not getting credit for the ley-line anomaly

Sometimes I don't get credit for the kill for no apparent reason. I get the usual loot it drops upon death but not the event chest. If I kill another one later on that day and do manage to get the chest I still don't get my daily mystic coin. This is getting rather annoying as I'm saving up for a legendary.

[Bug] Exemplar Caulden Optional Mastery

Above Exemplar Caulden's head in Lake Doric, there is the symbol for an optional speech bubble containing a mastery point icon in it. I can't talk to him and I can't talk to Logan Thackery, either (in case you need to talk to Logan first to talk to him; also have Spectral Aid mastery complete).

Skyscale Pet: Volleyball resets Training Fatigue

The title basically tells the story: if you learn using the volleyball toy in Lion's Arch and still have other pet skills to learn the fatigue cooldown resets to 30 minutes every time you play volleyball with your skyscale. So... yeah, don't play volleyball until you have learned all the other skills, too.

Art Issues: Characters, Weapons, Armor

Please post in this thread if you come across a significant bug related to the textures, placement, or effects for the following:

  • Armor/clothing
  • Weapons
  • Character models

General Guidelines

  • Take a screenshot of the issue
  • Take a screenshot of your equipment on the Hero Panel (H)
  • Host on an image hosting site, such as Imgur, GYAZO, Lightshot, Flickr, TinyPic, etc.
  • If you have a video of the issue, upload to YouTube (unlisted)
  • Post the image or video link(s) in your report
  • Describe the problem
  • List your Race, Sex, and Profession

If the issue relates to clothing/armor/weapons

  • List the names and level requirement of every piece of armor/clothing/weapon that your character had equipped when you encountered the issue
  • If you can, list where you acquired the item -- which NPC, what map location, which dungeon, etc.

Note on clipping issues: While we understand that players would like us to eradicate all clipping issues, some minor issues cannot be fixed. For the purposes of this thread, please restrict your reports to severe clipping issues. For instance, your shield is impaling you or your daggers are completely hidden by your coat. Things like hair clipping or minor clipping of weapons into armor are sometimes unavoidable and we appreciate your help in focusing on the major issues.

For issues related to map art, please post in this thread.

We appreciate everyone's help with these issues. Thank you!
