This legendary bounty is bugged for more than 2 years. 2 YEARS Anet! This is unacceptable! People cant finish the achievements tied to it. Don't give me that "wait for the next patch for reset excuse". 9/10 times there are not enough people to do the event at that time. Fix the product your selling! or don't sell it at all!

Legendary rune/sigil not working
Just to remind that even after all this time since the launch of the legendary rune/sigil they still dont work.
Same problem as previously reported, choosing the rune and accepting sometimes will not change the rune internally, it will report the correct choice but it will be like the rune is not even socketed, the only solution to this problem is to remove the rune entirely resocket it and choose again, but even this method is not full prove as it only works sometimes.
As you can imagine this problem becomes harder to deal when the runes that you chosen have a bonus effect that is not passive, since you cant test if they are working you just have to hope that they are after a couple of resockets.
I would think that a feature so hyped by arenanet should at least work.

Not getting credit for kills in Dragonfall?
I bought Karmic Retribution and am only getting drops for a tiny fraction of kills. I also do not seem to be getting XP or credit for the daily Slayer achievement for most kills. I read on the other thread that you don't get Slayer credit for some of the events that have non-local Branded foes, but Karmic Retribution is supposed to drop from all kills, isn't it?
Submitted a bug report in-game, but wondering if other people are having this issue.

Frostfire Outfit Dye Channels Bugged
Only the top 2 are working for me, the bottom two do not change colours. I have seen it being done by other guildies, so it's possible, it's just not working for me.
Anyone else experience this?

If you have a utility enhancement applied it disappears once you click the gobbler blessing.

[Trait] "Strength of Stone" (Elementalist) does not convert Toughness to Conditiondamage properly
Hello 
I think I found a bug with the trait "Strength of Stone" which says "Gain 10% of you toughness as conditiondmg". This only seems to work for base toughness but not for dynamic toughness applied by skills or attuments.
I run a scepter and when I use skill 2 "Rockbarrier", which gives me 250 toughness for 30 seconds, it does not increase my conditiondamage by 25 for that duration. The same goes for attuning to earth which gives me 120 toughness (as a Weaver) but does not increase my conditiondamage by 12 as told by the trait.
So maybe I misunderstand the trait but for me it clearly says "Gain 10% of your toughness as conditiondamage". This only works for your base toughness (including gear) but not for toughness gained by skills or attuments (I know I repeat myself, I just wanted to make the issue clear again).
I can add a Video if need be that shows that it does not work. Tested serveral times today. I hope someone can confirm that

Claw of Jormag bug
After the event to Eliminate the corrupted ice cores, the boss simply didn't spawn, leaving Rojan the Penitent in a state of constant lockdown preventing the purchase of ice runestones, please fix ASAP.

Descent - Heart to Heart bug
Playing through the Descent mission and get to the Heart to Heart section. I've got the Torment down to about 40% (after having been off and killed the minions) but now he's stuck. He has his head on a crystal and won't move/attack, nor can he be targeted. The minions keep spawning and I tried killing them for about 15 minutes but no joy so I had to log and can't progress. 
Anyone else had this?

LW4 All or Nothing instance design flaw impedes progression
In the battle with Kralkatorrik in the Auditorium, if you die when Varya and Dredge blast open the wall to get to the third resonance crystal, you are given the option to restart from checkpoint. The checkpoint puts you back at the beginning of the instance and there is no way to get back to the 3rd balcony as all your ways of travel are blocked. You have to log out and restart the whole instance. Not a good design there.

[Forum] Used to Have 3 Stars(Veteran) Now I Only Have 2(Member)
I'm really not certain if this is a bug or a feature. I am at least 90% certain I always used to have the 3-Star Rank(Veteran) on the forums, but now it appears as only the 2-Star Rank(Member).
I have considered that this might be an actual feature. As though I had until this point been a good noodle, but then I did something wrong so as to remove one of my good noodle stars, but I have been a good noodle the entire time with little if any infractions.
I am also pretty active so I don't think it's due to inactivity, if such a concept even exists.
Were the requirements for ranks increased? Is anyone else noticing this or something similar?

Do people always have a bug when doing a story mission?
It doesn't seem to fail, any big story I do something bugs and I have to go back and replay the same 20-30 over and over til the bug doesn't happen. Is this a common thing or just me? I love the story beat but I will say after an hour and a half of doing the same one 3 time because the boss falls through the floor, or a cinematic locks up, I don't care anymore to do it.

Unintended entering of Toypocalypse when flying over entrance
A couple of times, while doing the orphan route on my skyscale, I have flown just a smidgeon overhead of the bottom entrance to Toypocalypse. Both times I found myself at the start of the event.
I thought it was necessary to interact with the Toy Captain in order to enter. Is vertical proximity working as intended?

Bow String Issues with Weapon Swap and Mounts [Merged]
Per title. During combat, weapon swapping from/to bow weapons makes the bowstring vanish entirely until you re-equip the weapon. And then it'll happen again next combat scenario weapon swap. That didn't used to happen and seems to be something that broke with the recent Feb 6 update. Try it for yourselves.
