"Favorites" on BLTC keep resetting

A bit of a useless feature if it doesn't work, wouldn't you agree? It seems that every time there's a patch, all my favorites are removed.


Necros lag farming by all running in a corner, summoning pets, and deploying fields.

[Achievments] Top-Tiered Terror Toppler doesn't work properly

Hey Devs and GW2 guys around.... I have a problem with the achievment "Top-Tiered Terror Toppler". I have done my 5 CMs this week and recieved my 10g, but I havent recieved my "Terror's Toppler Treasure". I'm not the only one with this problem. I have done those CMs with a friend of mine and he didn't recieved the chest also... plz help me and my raiding boys.

[BUG] Parasitic Contagion does not heal self-inflicted condition damage

Parasitic Contagion - Necromancer - Curses Trait
Description: "A percentage of your condition damage heals you. Healing will not occur while life force replaces health."

Repro Steps

  1. Create a Necromancer. Take the Curses / Parasitic Contagion trait.
  2. Cast the Plaguelands elite skill to self-inflict bleeding.

Expected Behavior

  • The combat log shows us self-inflicted bleeding damage, 10% of which is healed by Parasitic Contagion.

Actual Behavior

  • The combat log shows us we take damage from bleeding, but Parasitic Contagion provides no healing. This is in direct conflict with the trait description.

I suspect the root cause of this bug is that when Necromancers use Corruption skills, the source of the self-applied conditions is actually not the necromancer. Simply making sure the source of the self-inflicted conditions is the Necromancer should fix this bug.

Dragon Response Missions Bronze Chest 0/3

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm just missing something.
Every time I complete a mission, and the chest appears, I also see this notice for Bronze (something) 0/3.
We completed the event with a least a bronze, usually silver, so why does it say that we have zero of three?

[BUG] Sinister Shroud does not affect Scourge Shroud Skill 1

Sinister Shroud - Scourge Soul Reaping Trait
Description: "Shroud skills gain reduced recharge. Recharge Reduced: 15%"

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Scourge with the Soul Reaping trait line. Make sure you are high enough level to automatically get the Sinister Shroud trait.

Expected Behavior:

  • The count recharge for Shroud Skill 1, "Manifest Sand Shade", is reduced by 15% per the trait description. (e.g. In PvE, it should be 6.8 seconds or displayed as 6 3/4 seconds)

Actual Behavior:

  • The count recharge for Shroud Skill 1, "Manifest Sand Shade", is unaffected by the trait. (e.g. It remains at 8 seconds in PvE)

Please note that this is definitely a BUG, as Manifest Sand Shade is affected by other traits such as Dhuumfire, Unyielding Blast, etc.

Even gw2skills.net is unable to compensate for this bug as it shows Manifest Sand Shade with the expected 6 3/4 seconds count recharge.

Flame Legion Battle Meta Event Broken - Anyone can port me to the tomb?

The Flame Legion Battle Meta event is still broken, so I was wondering if anyone was willing to help me port inside the tomb?? I can't really do the meta after reset because I have work. If you're in the Flame tomb, that is also fine because I have TP to friend.

Ruler of the Skies Achievement maybe bugged

A buddy of mine and I were working on the achievement together, using this https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Skyscale_Rift and I noticed that the number of rifts in each region doesn't match the number stated in the achievement. Shiverpeaks Mountains has 13 but the achievements showed that there is 14. Also, one of the two rifts in Metrica appear to be bugged, it doesn't give credit for completion. Kryta and Maguuma Waste were the only 2 regions that seemed to have the correct number of rifts. Either there are new rifts added into the game or the achievements is showing the incorrect number.

This event in Domain of Vabbi (The Necropolis) keeps failing for no clear reason. This is stoppping us from getting to the judge events needed for an achievement.
I've recorded the event to show where it keeps failing.

[Heart dialogue] Fisherman Will helping the enemy?

Area: Shire of Beetletun
NPC: Fisherman Will
Heart: Assist Fisherman Will and the fishermen of Beetletun

Dialogue (no audio):
"We could do with a few less skale around. They're eating our fish supplies, which is a real problem, because those supplies go to troops fighting the Seraph."

The wiki appended the sentence with a [sic] mark, because perhaps they had the same difficulties as me to understood it.
Does it really mean that the fish supplies are to be sent to troops who the Seraph are fighting against? Do we help feeding the enemy?
Or does it mean: "because those supplies go to the fighting troops of the Seraph."? (or something more grammatically correct!)

[Ambient sound] Odd sounds in the Spirits' lodges at Hoelbrak

Server: Jade Sea

Context: In the Spirits' lodges, ambient sound is an immersive mix of chatting people, hubbub, clatter of crockery... and a faint, muffled sound of blowing wind. It is okay in most parts of the Spirits' lodges (green circles on the screenshot).

Issue: (red circles)
1. Raven's lodge. The central aisle is okay but in both lateral wings (not only near the walls), you can hear not so muffled howling wolves and blowing wind, as if outdoors.
2. Wolf's lodge. The right wing has a part of its roof and wall gone, and you'd expect some kind of outdoor ambient sound. However, sound is muffled as in other lodges, not only indoors, but also outdoors up to the pillars of the main bridge!

I can't say if it's caused by some bad mixing or misplaced sound actuators.
Please check in game because it might be also dependent on hardware?
My settings: 25% music, 75% the rest.

[Stuck in scenery] Saltflood Mire Vista

Map: Sparkfly Fen
Area: Saltflood Mire
Server: Jade Sea

Character: the smallest of asura females

Issue:
Upon reaching the vista point, my little character can repeatedly be stuck between salient stones, either by falling from the ramp or by walking one step more from one of those salient stones (done for testing reasons). Only solution seems to teleport to nearest waypoint. I didn't try jump skills, nor did I try with larger/taller characters.

Achievement points NOT advancing

My Achievement Points are NOT going up. They have stayed the some for the past 2 weeks. I've done the next chapter and NO criedt was shown on the AP at ALL I'm so close to the next chest. I hope that there isn't anyone else. Please fix. :#

  • Accompany Rakkan as he tests Merla's undead camouflage potion (80)
  • Destroy the Risen broodmother to free Rakkan (80) in
    Cursed Shore but they doesnt spawn! Help pls

BUG: Glyph of the Scavenger not working

Since the 1st Dec patch, I've noticed that the Glyph of the Scavenger (33% chance to return Fine mats) is broken. I've tested it on open world nodes, synthesizers, and node farms, and despite harvesting probably in excess of 100 nodes, not a single one has returned a Fine mat. Other glyphs such as the Watchknight, Logger, Unbound, Volatile or Leatherworker still work correctly.

Hello! I've returned to the game recently after a few months' break and my cape seems to be missing its texture? I repaired the game but it's still like this.

You can see my dyes aren't showing up.

Legendary Bounties vs Mesmer Phantasms (0 damage)

I've noticed this a few times against a couple of different bounties, though not all of them, that Phantasms just don't like to deal any damage to them. The only example that I can think of right off the top of my head was the most recent time I fought the Legendary Facet of Corruption. The only notable bounty mob affix that would have been able to stop damage was Phasing which, as should be noted, causes the boss to Evade attacks if the player isn't within the current phase zone.

In this case, my phantasms were critting for 0 damage. For reference, here are some damage log screenshots; note that "Imagined Burden" is the name of the Phantasmal Berserker (Greatsword) attack, "Illusionary Sword Attack" is the name of the Phantasmal Swordsman (Off-hand sword) attack, and "Spacial Surge" is the name of both the Greatsword skill 1 and the Greatsword clone's attacks. In this case, when you see "for 0 using [Spatial Surge]" that is the clone hitting and when you see actual damage numbers, that's my actual skill 1.


In these first two screenshots I was scrolling through my damage logs. You can see in the first screenshot that even though I'm outside of the phase indicator and my phantasm is inside of it my phantasm is still hitting the Facet, though dealing 0 damage.

In this third screenshot you can see that even though I am standing inside the phase indicator and my phantasm is not it is still hitting the Facet for 0 damage.

And in this final screenshot you can see what it should look like if I was standing outside of the phase indicator - or the phantasms depending on whether their location being either inside or outside of the phase indicator or my own position specifically - where the Facet is evading my Greatsword skill 1 attacks.

Interesting note: While in this instance the phantasms are hitting for 0 damage, against bounties with the Identify affix phantasms will hit the target regardless of whether or not the mesmer has the Identified buff on them. This leads me to believe that each phantasm is considered individually apart from the mesmer as to whether it has the identified buff or is in the correct position to hit a phasing mob.

This problem also happens with the Legendary Choya. This time I was using Axe and Staff clones/phantasms. You can see that condition damage is doing its job but the direct damage from the Phantasm attacks are doing 0 damage.

Life force decreasing each map change since 1 december patch

Before if you had a necromancer this was the case if you had a skill traited like "Soul Battery" than your life force decreases now it decreases each map change (regardless of traits). I have not tested if this has to do with my Armor of my Necromancer though (has a slight bit of +Vitality cause 80 boost armor).





These are just 5 changes between Auric Basin and my Guild Hall even though the issue is minor it's still a minor annoyance as it did not exist before the 1 december patch.
